Terms of Service

These terms cover how you use GoodBibee Voice. GoodBibee Voice is operated by GoodBibee, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company doing business as GoodBibee Voice ("we," "us," "our"). When you sign up, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. What GoodBibee Voice does
GoodBibee Voice is an AI voice agent for home-service contractors. We answer your incoming calls, talk to your callers, and text you a dispatch summary of every call — name, number, address, problem, urgency. We keep a log of recordings and transcripts you can review. That's the whole product.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18, running a legitimate business, and authorized to sign contracts on behalf of that business. GoodBibee Voice is built for home-service trades — primarily HVAC, plumbing, and similar work. We don't take clients in regulated industries that require specialized compliance handling (healthcare, finance, debt collection) without a separate written agreement.
2.A SMS program (callers and contractors)
GoodBibee, LLC operates GoodBibee Voice, an AI voice agent that answers inbound calls on behalf of contractor businesses (HVAC, plumbing, and similar home services). As part of GoodBibee Voice, we send SMS text messages to (a) contractors as dispatch summaries on every call and (b) callers who have opted in verbally during a call.
By opting in to text messages — whether as a contractor signing up for service, or as a caller during an inbound call with a GoodBibee Voice AI voice agent — you agree to the following terms in addition to the rest of these Terms of Service:
- Consent (callers). You opt in by verbally agreeing during an inbound call with a GoodBibee Voice AI voice agent. Your verbal consent is recorded as part of the call recording and transcript. You may decline on the call without affecting service.
- Consent (contractors). By signing up and providing a mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages from GoodBibee Voice for dispatch summaries and account-related notifications.
- Types of messages. Callers may receive missed-call text-backs, service-request updates (technician assignment, on-the-way notifications, appointment confirmations), and callback scheduling messages from GoodBibee Voice on behalf of the contractor they called. Contractors receive dispatch summaries for every inbound call and account-related notifications.
- Message frequency. Frequency varies based on call volume and your interaction with the contractor.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. GoodBibee Voice does not charge you for the messages themselves; standard carrier rates from your mobile plan apply.
- Opt-out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from GoodBibee Voice. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from GoodBibee Voice. For contractors: opting out of SMS effectively ends your ability to use the service, since dispatch summaries are the product. If you opt out, contact us to cancel your account so we don't keep billing you.
- Help. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@goodbibee.com.
- No sharing of mobile numbers. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent collected through GoodBibee Voice will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. See the Privacy Policy for the full list of service providers we use to deliver the program.
- Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Eligibility. You must be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to opt in.
3. Call recording
GoodBibee Voice records every incoming call to your business number while the service is active. The AI voice agent identifies itself at the start of the call. By using GoodBibee Voice, you're directing us to record on your behalf.
You're responsible for ensuring callers are adequately notified and that recording is permitted under applicable law in your service area. Tennessee, where we're based, is a one-party-consent state; the AI's identification at the start of the call satisfies that.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use GoodBibee Voice to handle calls outside your legitimate trade business
- Use GoodBibee Voice for unlawful purposes
- Resell GoodBibee Voice or expose its API to third parties without a written agreement
- Use GoodBibee Voice in regulated industries we don't support (see §2)
- Misrepresent your relationship with GoodBibee, LLC
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
5. Availability and your judgment
We aim for 99% monthly uptime but do not guarantee it. Voice and SMS run on third-party infrastructure (telephony, AI providers, cloud) — outages happen. GoodBibee Voice is a tool, not a replacement for your own dispatch judgment. Check voicemail, email, and any other lead channels regularly.
6. Billing
Pricing and billing terms are presented at signup. Payment is processed through Stripe. By signing up, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for the recurring service fee. You are responsible for ensuring your card or account is valid and authorized.
7. Warranties
GoodBibee Voice is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
SMS program. SMS messages sent through GoodBibee Voice are delivered by third-party carriers and our telephony provider (Twilio). We do not guarantee message delivery, delivery timing, or that any message will reach you. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid to GoodBibee Voice in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost jobs, lost customers, or lost data — even if we were advised of the possibility.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold GoodBibee, LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your handling of caller data, or your violation of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Coffee County, Tennessee.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Effective" date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
12. Entire agreement
These terms are the entire agreement between you and GoodBibee, LLC on the subject.
